When an eKare Telehealth meeting is scheduled to begin, the user that created the meeting (the ‘Organizer’) must login to the eKare Telehealth platform and select ‘Start Meeting’. Other attendees can join once the Organizer starts the meeting.
Meeting attendees can join via the eKare Telehealth app on their phone or a web browser.
Meeting attendees that also have an eKare Telehealth license enabled can login the eKare Telehealth platform using their system credentials, locate the meeting they want to attend and select ‘Join’ without entering Meeting ID, password and name.
Meeting attendees that do not have an eKare Telehealth license can always attend eKare Telehealth meetings. The meeting attendee selects ‘Join’, then enters the Meeting ID, password received via email and their name before joining the meeting.
To cancel a meeting, login to the eKare Telehealth platform as an enabled user, navigate to the meeting that needs to be cancelled and select the meeting by clicking on it. Select ‘Delete’, then confirm that the meeting should be deleted, and confirm.
