Patient Reporting

• From the Patient directory, select a patient.
• Go to "Wound Summary", click "Generate report" button on left.

• Select the wounds to be reported, the reporting time period and reporting options.

• Subject Report Options:

Measurement details

Displays line graphs showing trending for Max Depth, Area, Volume and Color Composition.

Signatures

Select this option to add 4 signature lines with name, signature and date to the report. Often used for documentation of PI oversight in clinical research studies.

Appendix

Select this option to add an appendix to the report that includes all images and measurements collected for the subject to date.

Deidentify

When selected, name, Date of Birth (DOB) and Patient Location are redacted from the report and cannot be seen.

• Click "Submit", a new browser tab will open with the generated report.
