User roles and permissions

Account level user roles include:

• Group Users have the highest level of access, allowing them to manage multiple accounts.
• Account Admins have the highest level of access within a single account, allowing them to manage all users and sites under one account.
• Account Users are similar to Account Admin, but cannot delete information.
• Account Viewers are read-only role that can access all sites, patients and wounds but cannot add, edit or delete content.

Site level user roles include:

• Site Administrators have the highest level of access at a single site and can add/edit/delete users/patients/wounds/images as well as lock/unlock data for patients, wounds and images. For greater detail about this role’s permissions, see "Site Administration" for details.
• Site Users have similar permissions as Site Admins, but cannot delete data or lock/unlock data.
• Site Viewers have “read-only” access to a single site.
