Documenting Treatments

The treatment page shows the treatment history of a wound. The two parts of the treatment page are the Treatment Record and the Wound Care Protocol.

 

Treatment Record

• Add a treatment record to the treatment history by pressing the “+” button on right. Treatment entry is limited to 1 per day.

• Fill out the “Add Treatment” form, then press “Next” to proceed to Wound Care Protocol.

Wound Care Protocol

• Wound Care Protocol allows users to enter the treatment regimen across different treatment categories.
• Select all options that apply to a patient.

• Select a treatment frequency as required.

• Cycle through all tabs until the patient’s treatment protocol is filled.

• Save the protocol.
