Freeze or Unfreeze a Patient (Mobile App)

Freezing a patient makes him inactive and become read-only. The patient is also hidden from the default view of the patient directory screen.

• To freeze a patient, simply press and hold on the patient’s record in the Patient Directory. Afterwards, a popup will appear.

• You may freeze or unfreeze a patient from this dialogue.
