Documeting Treatment

The treatment page shows the treatment history of a wound. The two parts of the treatment page are the Treatment Record and the Wound Care Protocol. 

• Add a treatment by pressing the “+” button. Treatment entry is limited to 1 per 24H.

• Fill out the “Treatment Record” form, then press “Next” to move onto the Wound Care Protocol.

• Wound Care Protocol is divided into multiple categories, including Cleansing, Ointments, Dressing, Secondary Dressing, and others.

• Select all options that apply to a patient and specify frequency.

• Cycle through all tabs until the patient’s treatment protocol is filled and then Press "Save"
