Add a Patient

• To add a patient, begin by tapping the “+” icon in the top right corner of the Patient List view.

• Fill out the “Add New Patient” form. Ensure that all information is accurate and that the patient’s MRN has not been used for another entry in the app. Hit "Save" when complete.
